Ryan Buchanan, CEO and founder of eROI, started the company in November 2002. He has nine years of email marketing and digital experience and works with clients on a variety of digital campaigns – email marketing, social media, mobile and web micro-sites. He has also been published in notable industry publications like iMedia Connection, DM News, and eMarketer. He has led the growth of eROI from a couple employees at its inception to a full team of e-marketing experts, creatives, technical, account, and sales teams and has driven significant growth to earn eROI a spot as an Inc. 500 company. Through Buchanan’s leadership, eROI was the only small, young company to be recognized as one of the Most Admired Companies in Oregon by a Portland Business Journal survey of 2,000 CEOs in the state. Buchanan just recently completed his tenure as Chairman of the Board of the Software Association of Oregon (SAO) and President of the Board of the Portland Advertising Federation. He currently serves on the SAO, Friends of the Children, OEN, and Greater Portland Inc. Buchanan was named as the Portland Business Journal’s ’40 Under 40,’ an award that recognizes city leaders under 40 years old. He was also named by Oregon Business magazine as one of “the 50 Great Leaders for Oregon – 50 who fix it,move it, build it, change it and get it done right.”
