MAX Entry Form

For eligibility requirements and what is expected for the Description of Entry, please review the MAX Project Entry Guidelines and/or the MAX Individual Award Entry Guidelines.

Project Entry Submittal Requirements
• One entry per project category for a total of five entries.

• Each entry must be submitted with an online entry form below and entry fee.

IIndividual Entry Submittal Requirements
• You may submit multiple entires per category.

• Self nominations are accepted.

• Each entry must be submitted with an online entry form and Description of Nomination.

Project Categories
(Requires three or more media)
1. Integrated Marketing Campaign - Consumer/Retail
2. Integrated Marketing Campaign - Business to Business
3. Integrated Marketing Campaign – Nonprofit and Government
4. Public Relations
5. Single Medium Advertising (Examples include broadcast, print, direct mail, interactive, out of home, and non-traditional. Can include on of the media used in an Integrated Marketing Campaign submission.)
