MAX Entry Form

For eligibility requirements and what is expected for the Description of Entry, please review the MAX Entry Guidelines.

Submittal Requirements

• One entry form must be filled out and submitted per entry.
• Only one entry per category per company will be accepted.
• Each entry must be submitted with an online entry form below and entry fee.
• The Description of Entry along with samples of ads, pictures, brochures and any other collateral that you may need to use as supporting documentation must be submitted as a single PDF file.
• In addition, entrants are asked to mount their project for viewing on foam core no larger than 11 x 17 and no smaller than 8.5 x 11 for display at the event.

3. Integrated Marketing and Communications Campaign – Nonprofit and Government

PUBLIC RELATIONS
4. Best PR Campaign (Nonprofit, Business to Business, or Business to Consumer - only one will win)

SINGLE MEDIUM ADVERTISING (can include one of the media used in an Integrated Marketing Campaign submission)
5. Broadcast
6. Print
7. Direct Mail
8. Cyber
9. Out of Home (billboard, transit advertising etc.)
10. Non-Traditional (sampling, events, street theater etc.)
